Gary U.S.Bonds is an American\u00a0rhythm and blues\u00a0and\u00a0rock and roll\u00a0singer who had a few hits in the US and the UK in the early 60’s but otherwise remained largely unknown until the early 80’s. Bonds’ had an 80’s career resurgence with two albums recorded with\u00a0Bruce Springsteen,\u00a0Steven Van Zandt, and the\u00a0E Street Band. The first of these,\u00a0Dedication<\/em>,\u00a0was released in 1981 and featured his US and UK comeback hit, This Little Girl<\/em>, which also charted in New Zealand, peaking at number 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
