The session resulted in a recording contract with\u00a0Elton John&#8217;s record label, &#8220;The Rocket Record Company.&#8221; Mal has written songs for\u00a0Cliff Richard and The Hollies, sung with Elton John and Bonnie Tyler and toured with Art Garfunkel and Belinda Carlisle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2023 marks Mal&#8217;s 50th anniversary and he has written some new songs for the occasion.
